Scotts Pesto

2 cups basil
1/2 cup asiago cheese
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts
3 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients into cuisinart or food processor and blend until semi-smooth. Separate into containers and freeze for later. Never buy store bought pesto again.
